Most t-shirts of this special Marc Jacobs line—launched in 2006 to raise funds for the NYU Skin Cancer Institute and still very popular in the resale market— feature global superstars posing naked with the message “Protect The Skin You’re In” printed on top of their pics.

This tee is extra special, both because it features New York drag performer Milk (posing here pre-RuPaul’s Drag Race fame), and because it’s an outlier of the campaign with its message reading “Protect Your Largest Organ.”
